RELIABILITY

Vehicles are well serviced and maintained to ensure they are reliable. All our vehicles are tracked by GPS so that we are always accountable for our patients.

At Metro Ambulance Services, the Ambulance Technician, RGNS and EMTs work together to ensure a continuous chain of survival for our patients. We believe in continually training our staff to equip them with up-to-day skills necessary for managing medical emergencies. Every ambulance team comprises of a driver (Ambulance Technician) and an EMT (Paramedic). ATs and EMTs are qualified personnel and registered with AHPC.
